Our Service
From powerful advocacy in public and private sectors to insightful monitoring of the business landscape, we're here to support your business journey.
We provide essential project management across all trade areas, and create enriching networking opportunities. Join us and be a part of a thriving community dedicated to the growth and success of small businesses in Central Florida.
HTG will be construct a 150-unit senior citizen housing complex. SBACF will manage the small business program for this project which includes a minimum of 20% small business participation. This project is scheduled to begin 1st quarter of 2024. Please submit your information to the SBACF if you are interested in participating
Housing Trust Group
Bergulnd will construct a 110 unit behavior hospital in Apopka, Florida. SBACF will manage the small business outreach program and bid packages will be released in November 2023. SBACF estimates over 10% will be awarded to small businesses.
Berglund
Peacock Capital will be constructing a low income/work force housing complex approximating 200 units. SBACF has established a 20% goal and will manage the small business program for this project.

The Apopka Area Chamber of Commerce (AACC) has entered into a partnership with SBACFL, to operate a bid preference program to facilitate the
participation and success of local minority small businesses within the City of Apopka and surrounding
area.
